Service Description
Your project has been updated based on the consolidated feedback provided during the Project Submission Meeting. This final submission includes all agreed revisions and represents the completed version of your project. Please review the final deliverables carefully, as this is the last stage before project approval and completion. Any requests that fall outside the agreed revision scope or introduce new changes after this stage may require a separate quotation, additional fees, and an updated project timeline.

Final Submission Policy The Final Submission marks the official completion and delivery of your project after all agreed revisions have been implemented. Final Review The final submission includes all revisions agreed upon during the Project Submission Meeting and reflects the approved scope of work. Approval By accepting the final submission, you confirm that the project has been reviewed and meets the agreed requirements. The project will then be considered complete. No Additional Revisions The Final Submission does not include additional revision rounds. Any requests made after the final approval will be treated as a new service and may require a separate quotation, additional fees, and a new timeline. Scope Changes Requests that introduce new concepts, features, pages, deliverables, or significant modifications after the final submission are outside the original project scope and will be quoted separately. Final Files Upon final approval and settlement of any outstanding balance, all agreed project files and deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in your proposal or agreement. Project Archive We recommend downloading and securely storing all final files upon delivery. While we may retain project files for a limited period, we cannot guarantee permanent storage or future availability. Ownership Ownership and usage rights of the final approved deliverables are transferred in accordance with the terms outlined in your project agreement and only after full payment has been received. Ongoing Support Any maintenance, updates, additional revisions, or future enhancements requested after the final submission will be treated as a new project or billed according to our ongoing support services.
